The BIL insurance covers you and your family (even if they were driving another vehicle) who may have caused injury to another. This also provides coverage to other persons whom you might have given permission to drive your vehicle and were involved in an incident causing bodily harm to another.

Insurance companies in Florida must be duly licensed by the Florida Department of Financial services. The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is the one in charge in the suspension of driving privileges (which includes suspension of vehicle registration)
